摘要
目的 评价碱性成纤维细胞因子 (bFGF)滴眼液治疗外伤性角膜上皮缺损 (TCED)的临床疗效。方法 观察TCED 86例 (由化学烧伤、机械擦伤、手术等所致 ) ,随机分成bFGF治疗组和素高捷疗对照组各 43例。bFGF及素高捷疗均为每日滴眼 4次 ,疗程 14天 ,隔日观察上皮缺损修复和局部症状、体征等指标。结果 (1)两组各疗效判断指标治疗前差异均有显著性 (P <0 0 1) ;(2 )bFGF治疗角膜上皮疾病的有效率优于素高捷疗 (P <0 0 5 ) ;(3 )bFGF治疗化学烧伤、擦伤、手术和其它原因所引起的TCED的有效率分别为 88 9%、10 0 %、85 7%和 5 7 1% ;(4 )观察过程中未见局部刺激和全身不良反应。 (4 )观察过程中未见局部刺激和全身不良反应。结论 bFGF滴眼液治疗TCED疗效确切 ,安全性高。
Objective To evaluate clinical value of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) eye drops for traumatic corneal epithelial defect(TCED).Methods 86 cases with TCED(ie:chemical burn, traumatic injury, operative injury,and others) were randomly divided into two groups:43 were treated by bFGF;43 eyes by solcoseryl eye-gel only as control.Two groups were treated with bFGF and solcoseryl separately four q.i.d.Treatment course was 14 days. Epithelial defect restoration,local symptoms and sign,etc.were observed on the every other day.Results (1)The difference was significant ( P <0 01) in two group;(2) The effect of bFGF was prior to that of solcoseryl in corneal epithelial disorder ( P <0 05);(3)The effective rate of bFGF in the chemical burn,traumatic,operative injury and other causes was 88.9%,100%,85.7% and 57.1%, respectively;(4)Ocular local stimulates and general side effect were not observed within treatment course.Conclusion The bFGF eye drop is valuable and safe for TCED due to chemical, traumatic and operation injuries.
