摘要
目的 探讨贝复舒滴眼液在角膜外伤修复中应用的效果。方法 观察角膜外伤 88例 (88眼 ) ,随机分成治疗组 ,滴贝复舒滴眼液 ,44例 ;对照组 ,滴角膜宁滴眼液 ,44例。疗程 2周 ,每天观察角膜缺损修复、荧光素角膜染色及眼局部症状等指标。结果 贝复舒治疗组的有效率高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,有效率 93 18% ,未见局部刺激症状或严重不良反应。
Objective To evaluate the effect of bFGF (recombinant basic fibroblast growth factor) eye drops in treatment of cornea injury.Methods Eighty eight eyes of 88 patients with injury of cornea were observed.The patients were randomly divided into bFGF group and control group(44 eyes).bFGF group was treated with bFGF and control group (44 eyes) with Jiaomoning eye drops.The course of treatment was 2 weeks.The repair of corneal defect,and fluoresceine staining of cornea,as well as the local symptoms were observed every day.Results The effective rate in bEGF group was 93.18% without local symptoms or severe reaction.There was a significant difference between the two groups ( P<0.05) .Conclusion The eye drops of bFGF has strongly affection on improving the repair and healing of injury of cornea.
