摘要
采用微波特殊加热技术 ,首次对不同镍盐制得的球形Ni(OH) 2 材料进行了热处理研究 ,恒电流充放电测试结果表明 ,处理后材料的电化学比容量较未处理的提高 5 %~ 9%左右 ,充放电平台也明显提高。XRD与SEM测量结果揭示了该方法显著改善材料性能的原因 ,发现处理样品的C轴明显大于未处理样品 ,并且 (0 0 1)晶面和 (10 1)晶面的衍射峰也有显著宽化作用 ,同时表面有明显枝晶出现。
Microwave technology was used to treat Ni(OH) 2 material.The result of charge discharge experiment showed that the specific capacity of treated material was 5%-9% higher than untreated material and the discharge plateau raised obviously.XRD and SEM tests indicated that the c axis was larger than untreated material and the diffraction peaks of (001) and (101) widened dendrite appeared on the surface.Cyclic voltammogram result showed the improvement of the electrochemical reversibility.
