摘要
用微波热效应法合成Y_2O_3S∶Eu^(3+)粉晶荧光体,经X射线粉末衍射分析确证其为六方晶系,计算得到其晶胞参数。α=0.3785nm,c=0.6590nm.激发光谱峰呈宽带状,最大激发光谱峰λ_(ex)=261nm,最大发射光谱峰λ_(ex)=626nm,其次还有595、617和706nm,归属为Eu^(3+)离子的~5D_0-~7F_J(J=1、2、4)特征发射。在254nm光激发下,测定其发光色坐标x=0.665,y=0.330。相对发光亮度与Y_2O_3:Eu^(3+)标准荧光体比较为62%,在365nm光激发下,亦可发射强的鲜艳红光。
It is the first report of using the Microwave heating method to synthesize powder cyrstal Y_2O_2S: Eu ̄3+ phosphors whose structure is determined as a kind of hexagonal system by the X-rays powder diffraction. Its lattice parameters are α=0. 3785 nm , c=0. 6590 nm. The phosphors has the maxium excitation spectra peaks at λex= 261. 0 nm. The maximum emission spectra peaks atλex=626. 0 nm. Others at 595, 617 and 706 nm these belong to the characteristic emission of  ̄5D0- ̄7F_J(J= 1, 2,4) of Eu ̄(3+). Under 254 nm excitation, the phosphors were measured by fluorophometer, its luminescent chromatic coodinate parameters are x = 0. 665, y = 0. 330. The phosphorsY_2O_2S : Eu ̄3+ shows a relative luminescent brightness about 62% as compared with the Y_2O_3: Eu ̄(3+)standard phosphors under 365 nm excitation the phosphors also shows a strong red luminescence.
