摘要
研究了采用微波高温固相法快速合成高纯磷酸盐的工艺条件,与传统高温固相合成反应相比,磷酸三钙的合成时间比传统加热方式减少了50%,反应温度降低200℃;磷酸三钾的合成时间比传统加热方式减少了2/3,反应温度降低250℃。XRD分析结果显示磷酸盐结晶形态稳定。
Process conditions for the synthesis of high purity phosphate by microwave high temperature solid phase method was studied. Compared with the traditional high temperature solid state reaction, the synthesis time of tricalcium phosphate was 50% less than that of the traditional heating methods,the reaction temperature was 200℃ lower than that of the traditional heating methods;The synthesis time of potassium phosphate was 2/3 less than the traditional heating methods,the reaction temperature was 250℃ lower than that of the traditional heating methods. XRD analysis showed the morphology stability of the phosphate crystal.
