摘要
研制了可用于物理教学演示的半导体制冷演示仪 ,半导体制冷器是纯固体制冷源 ,既能制冷又能制热 ,体积小 ,重量轻 ,使用方便 ,无污染 ,有广泛的应用前景 。
The semiconductor refrigeration demonstrator is developed for physics teaching demonstration. The semiconductor refrigeration component is solid one, which can both refrigerate and heat.It has the advantages of small, light, convenient and pollution-free, thus it possesses good prospects in application. This device stresses on the advantages of semiconductor refrigeration.
