摘要
利用半导体材料的塞贝克效应、帕尔贴效应自制了太阳能半导体制冷与温差发电演示仪。该演示仪由太阳能进行供电,在碲化铋半导体材料上实现了半导体制冷与温差发电效应双重实验现象的演示。演示仪利用AT89S52单片机定量显示制冷片表层空气温度随时间的变化,由灵敏电压表显示温差发电电压的大小。该演示仪结构简单、操作方便、演示现象明显,能广泛应用于课堂教学、课程设计等。
According to the Seebeck effect and Peltier effect of the semiconductor material, the homemade semiconductor refrigeration and thermoelectric power generation demonstration instrument is made. The experimental instrument powered by solar can realize the semiconductor refrigeration and thermoelectric power generation demonstration in the semiconductor bismuth telluride material. Adding refrigeration temperature display circuit can be used to display the chilling plate surface air temperature changes over time. Sensitive voltage meter shows the voltage magnitude of thermal energy. The experimental instrument structure is simple, easy to operate, the phenomena obviously, which can be widely used in class teaching, curriculum design, and other occasions.
