摘要
本文研制了用于物理教学演示半导体热电效应的热电转换实验仪 ,该仪器既可直观地演示半导体的热电效应 ,同时列展示出半导体制冷的诸多优点。
The experimental device of thermoelectric convertion is developed for physics teaching to demonstrate semiconductor thermoelectric effects.This device can jboth demonstrate the thermoelectric effects of semiconductor and show many advantages of semiconductor-refrigeration.
