本文研究不同量的麦饭石对平菇生长发育的影响。结果表明 :不同量的麦饭石对平菇菌丝生长速度均有促进 ,提高纤维素酶活性。其中以
The effect of Maifan stone on the growth of Pleurotus Ostreutus was studied here.The resrult shows:Maifan stone could promote the growing of hypath and increase the activity of carboxylanethocellulose and production of fruiting body.These effect was obviously when the content of Maifan stone was 15 percent.
