摘要
无损检测家禽蛋内部品质是鸡蛋流通和加工中不可缺少的组成部分。为了更好地无损检测鸡蛋的新鲜度 ,分析鸡蛋内部品质与透射特性的相关关系 ,从而对鸡蛋的新鲜度作出估量 ,研究了波长在 2 0 0~ 6 0 0nm范围内鸡蛋新鲜度的光特性。试验结果表明 ,在波长为 4 0 0~ 6 0 0nm的可见光区域 。
Nondestructive detection of the internal quality of eggs is very indispensable in the storage,circulation and processing of chicken-eggs. In order to detect the freshness of eggs nondestructively ,it is necessary to analyse the correlationship between the internal quality and transmittant ratio so as to measure the change of freshness. This paper deals with the opitcal properties of the freshness of eggs within the range of 200nm~600nm.The test result shows that: the nondestructive detection of the freshness of eggs through analyzing their optical properties is feasible in the range of 400nm~600nm of visible light area.
