摘要
通过在凹玻片上测试 1 0种不同杀菌剂对柿炭疽菌分生孢子萌发、芽管伸长、附着孢形成的影响 ,对诱发凹玻片上菌丝孢子产生和在 PDA上菌丝生长抑制作用的研究 ,认为不同的杀菌剂对不同菌态的炭疽菌药效不同。药剂筛选结果表明百菌清、退菌特、多菌灵 3种杀菌剂药效最好 。
The result of experiments on the influence of 10 fungicides on conidia germination,germ tuber elongation and appresorium formation of Colletotrichum gloeosporioides on glass slides,inducing the production hyphal conidia on glass slides and inhibiting hypha growth on PDA showed that different fungicides had distinct control effect on different form of anthracnose.The fungicides screening trial demonstrated that the control effect of Chlorothalonil,Thiram and Carbendazin on anthracnose was the best,but their mechanism was diverse.
