摘要
采用复合阻燃剂与聚烯烃通过挤出造粒法制得聚烯烃(聚丙烯、聚乙烯)阻燃母粒,考察了聚烯烃阻燃母粒用量对阻燃聚丙烯、阻燃聚乙烯为学性能、流动性、阻燃性的影响。实验结果表明,聚烯烃阻燃母粒在生产阻燃聚烯烃制品中具有使用便利、阻燃效果和经济效益好等特点。
The flame-retardant master of the polyolefin (PP,PE) was manufactured with the composite flame retardant andcarrier(polyolefin) by means of extruding process. The influence of the flame-retardant master concentration on the mechanical property, fluidity, flame retardance of the flame-retardant PP and the flame-retardant HDPE was observed. The lest results showed that the flame-retardant master had the characteristics as using conveniently, good effectiveness of flame retardance and good economic benefit in the production of polyolefin products.
