摘要
论述用单螺杆挤出机挤出超高分子量聚乙烯管材的工艺。介绍了对普通单螺杆挤出机的改造情况,模具的设计原理,以及超高分子量聚乙烯管材的性能等。
The method of extruding UHMWPE pipe extruded by mono-screw extruder was studied in this paper.The modifying principle of mono-screw extruder and the designing principle of the mold and the property of the UHMWPE pipe were introduced.
