摘要
目的:建立硬肝复康丸中人参皂苷Rb_1的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法测定,色谱柱为十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶填充柱(4.6mm i.d.×250mm,5μm),柱温40℃,流动相为乙腈—水(35:65),流速为1.0ml·min^(-1),检测波长为203nm柱温40℃。结果:人参皂苷Rb_1在0.5025～20.10μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为95.76％,RSD值为1.70％(n=5)。结论:实验表明,该方法准确,灵敏度高,重现性好。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of Ginsenoside Rb_1 content in Yingganfukang pills.Method: HPLC analysis was carried out using ODS column(4.6mm i.d.×250mm,5μm)and acetonitrile-water(35:65)as the mobile phase.The detection wavelength was 203nm,the flow rate was 1.0ml·min^(-1),the column temperature was 40℃.Results:The range of linear relationship was 0.5025～20.10μg(r=0.99995).The average recovery was 95.76％(n=5)with RSD of 1.70％.Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and suitable for the quality control.
