摘要
目的采用GC测定人丹中樟脑、薄荷脑、龙脑的含量,以控制产品的质量。方法用气相色谱法测定;以聚乙二醇(PEG)-20M为固定相。涂布浓度为10%金属填充柱。结果樟脑、薄荷脑、龙脑在1.0-8.0μg范围里呈较好的线性关系;樟脑、薄荷脑、龙脑的回收率为分别为99.51%,99.43%,99.59%。结论方法操作简单,结果可靠。重复性好。可为人丹质量控制提供科学依据。
Objective To establish a GC method for determining the contents of camphor , borneol and menthol in Rendan Pills. Method Using GC method for quantitative analysis of three substances with stainless steel column packed with 10% PEG - 20M, FID detector. Result The components exhibit an excellent separability and the three substances have an good linearity in the rang of 1.0 -8.0 μg,with a mean recovery of three substances as high as 99.51% ,99.43% ,99.59% ,respectively. Conclusion This method is easy to handle, reliable, reproducible and it can be used for determining of the three substances in Rendan Pills.
