摘要
目的 :建立复方鳖甲软肝片中三七皂苷 R1和人参皂苷 Rg1的含量测定方法。方法 :高效液相色谱法 ,SUPELCOSILTML C- 18分析柱 ,甲醇 -水 (5 0∶ 5 0 )为流动相 ,流速 1.0 ml/min,检测波长 2 0 3nm。结果 :三七皂苷 R1回归方程为 Y=2 6 4.4 0 6 5 X - 3.3174 ,r=0 .9997(n =5 ) ,线性范围 0 .5 6~ 5 .6 0μg,平均回收率为 98.4 9% ,RSD 0 .99% ;人参皂苷 Rg1回归方程为 Y =2 6 5 .2 5 48X - 2 .0 187,r =0 .9999(n =5 ) ,线性范围 0 .6 4~ 6 .4 0 μg,平均回收率为 99.11% ,RSD 0 .71%。结论 :方法简便、准确、快速 ,可作为该制剂中三七皂苷 R1和人参皂苷 Rg1的定量方法。
Objective:To establish a HPLC method for the determination of ginsenoside R 1 and ginsenoside Rg 1 in Fufang Biejia Ruangan tablets. Methods:The ginsenoside R 1 and ginsenosied Rg 1 were separated on a SUPELCOSIL TN LC 18 column at 203 nm by methanol water (50∶50) as a mobile phase. Results:A linear relationship of ginsenoside R 1 and ginsenosied Rg 1 were good at 0.56 μg to 5.6 μg and 0.64 μg respectively. The average recovery of ginsenoside R1 and ginsenoside Rg 1 were 98.48% with RSD 0.99% and 99.11% with RSD 0.71%. Conclusion:The method is simple, accurate and reliable for the determination of ginsenoside R 1 and ginsenoside Rg 1 in Fufang Biejia Ruanganpian.
