异体脱钙骨基质颗粒复合骨水泥修复兔股骨粉碎性骨折 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨异体脱钙骨基质颗粒复合骨水泥修复严重粉碎性骨折的效果。方法制造兔右股骨粉碎性骨折的动物模型,a组用异体脱钙骨基质颗粒复合骨水泥并表面贴附自体骨渣进行修复;b组用异体脱钙骨基质颗粒复合骨水泥进行修复;c组单纯植入骨水泥进行修复作为对照组。分别于术后不同时间行X射线照相、99mTc-MDP骨扫描和组织学观察。结果a组和b组4周开始形成骨痂,12周骨痂最丰富,24周复合材料与宿主骨边缘模糊,边缘部分的异体脱钙骨基质颗粒被新生骨替代,并与宿主骨融合。a组较b组骨痂形成快。99mTc-MDP骨扫描计数a组大于b组,b组大于c组(P<0.01)。结论异体脱钙骨基质颗粒复合骨水泥易塑形,并具有生物学活性,能修复粉碎性骨折,表面贴附自体骨渣进行修复效果更为理想。 Objective To investigate the repair effects of the compound material decalcified bone matrix (DBM) particles and bone cement (BC) for the severe comminuted fractures. Methods Forty rabbits were involved in this experiment. Animal model of right femur comminuted fracture was made and randomly divided into four groups. Group a was repaired with compound material DBM particles and BC, self bone dregs was also stick on the compound material. Group b was repaired with compound material DBM particles and BC, without self bone dregs. Group c was only repaired with BC.Postoperatively, all animals were examined by X ray,99mTc MDP bone scintigraphy and histology examination at different interval. Results In group a and group b, the callus was found at the 4th week postoperatively, abundant callus was found at the 12th week. Callus formation of group a was a litter faster than group b.Conclusion The compound material DBM particles and BC could be remolded easily. Its biological activity could induce oeteogenesis. When stick on self bone dregs, a better results could be acquired. It provided an alternative method to repair severe comminuted fracture.
