讨论了一种用 PLC实现位置控制的方法 ,该方法采用 RS485标准串行接口 ,以数字方式驱动交流电动机 ,用高速计数器模块作为位置反馈环节 .给出了在工业控制中应用最广的 PID控制器的参数整定和死区补偿的方法 ,论述了对位置控制系统的非线性饱和问题 ,并介绍了该方法在ASFA0 0
A new method for position control of motor was discussed, in which PLC is used as controller, RS485 is used for motor driver port and high speed counter is used for feedback. The method for the tuning parameters of position control algorithm and the compensation system dead zone was given. The problem of nonlinear saturation was analyzed also. In the end, a successful sample of this method used in the reciprocating type bale plucker in a textile mill was given.
