摘要
提出了基于MT-506LV触摸屏、DUR-8600激光扫描仪、ADAM-4520数据采集卡与siemens s7200-226 PLC的集成,满足小型生产线的生产物流识别要求,利用DUR-8600激光扫描仪、ADAM4520数据采集卡通过RS-232串口获取条形码数据到MT-506LV触摸屏,通过RS-485传送至Siemens s7200-226 PLC,使得在生产物料转送过程中,根据不同的条码数据,将物料转送至指定的地点;通过实验,能够达到生产物流的识别要求,有一定的实际意义。
The integration of the touch screen MT-506LV,DUR-8600 laser scanner,ADAM-4520 data acquisition card and s7200-226 Siemens PLC was given out.The demand of the small production logistics identification is to be satisfied.Using DUR-8600 laser scanner,ADAM4520 data acquisition card which is attached to MT-506LV via RS-232 serial port,and the s7200-226 Siemens PLC which is attached to MT-506LV via RS-485 serial port,the material transfer process which the different materials are transited according to the different barcode are transmitted to the designated location is fulfilled in production material transfer process.Through the experiment,this identification system can achieve the production logistics identify requirements,and has certain practical significance.
