摘要 饮料包装机结构复杂控制点多。因此,采用集散控制系统的设计方法设计饮料包装机的控制系统,使其具有分散控制、集中管理的优点。在底层分散控制级采用主控制单元加独立控制单元的结构,上层的集中管理级作为人机接口,使管理人员可以集中操作和监视。为了达到高速生产的要求,针对其中重要的模块,设计了优化的控制策略,实现了高速运转过程中实时的、高精度的控制。这个控制系统已在实际生产中得到了应用。 Beverage packaging machine has complex structures and many control points. So by the design methods of distributed system, the control system of beverage packaging machine was designed with the advantages of distributed control and concentrated supervising. At the bottom section, it has main control part to-gether with several individual control parts. The top section is used as'interface of man-machine, which enable operators to manipulate and supervise the system. To meet the requirements of high-speed production, optimized control methods were given according to some crucial parts. Real-time and high precision control can be achieved in high speed processing. This control system has been used in practical production.
