摘要
在加热条件下 ,基于Bi 对聚丙烯酰胺 (PAM)催化蛋白质 亚甲基蓝 (MB)褪色反应有强的抑制作用 ,建立了动力学光度测定铋的新方法。ΔA与CBi 呈线性关系的范围为 0 0 8~ 0 .4 8μg L ;检出限为 0 .0 0 4 μg L ;对 0 .0 0 4和 0 .4 0 μgBi L测定的RSD分别为 6 4 %和 2 6 %。本阻抑 催化褪色反应对Bi 、蛋白质 亚甲基蓝和PAM为一级反应 ;表观活化能为 4 9 2 2kJ mol。该方法已用于某些谷物、人发和水样中Bi 的测定 ,结果满意。
A kinetic method is established for the determination of trace bismuth based on its inhibition to the catalytic fading reaction of protein-methylene blue by polycrylamide in the hot water bath. The linear relation between the DeltaA and the concentration of Bi(III) is found to be 0.08 similar to 0.48 mug/L and the detection limit is 0.004 1.4 mug/L of Bi(III). The relative standard deviation for 11 replicate measurements of 0.004 and 0.40 mug/L of Bi(III) is 6.4% and 2.6%, respectively. The inhibition-catalytic fading reaction is first-order in Bi(III), protein-methylene blue and polyacarylamide and the apparent activation energy of inhibition-catalytic fading reaction is found to be 49.22 kJ/mol. The method has been applied to the determination of trace bismuth in farina, human hair and water samples with satisfactory result.
