摘要
调查了乙烯利和赤霉素对黄瓜性别表现的影响。在 1~ 3片叶使用 5 0mg·L-1乙烯利处理能增加雌花数 ,但在子叶期使用无效果 ,使用时间过迟会使第 1雌花出现节位升高。赤霉素 (GA 4 +GA 7)的混合物会促进雄花发生 ,利用乙烯利与赤霉素的联合作用可控制植株的雌雄性别比例。
Ethrel (2-chloroethyl phosphonic acid) induced increased femaleness in cucumber when applied at 50 mg/L at the 1-3-leaf stage of the plant and was ineffective when applied at the cotyledon stage. Delayed application of ethrel caused the first female flowers to appear at higher nodes. A mixture of GA 4 and GA7 caused maleness. It is presumed feasible to control over the sex ratio in cucumber through the interaction of ethrel and gibberellins.
