摘要
制备山羊酸乳并以山羊酸乳为主要原料 ,经配料、胶磨、均质、杀菌、冷却等工艺 ,研制出营养丰富、无膻味的山羊酸乳饮料。
Make goat milk into yoghurt first,then process through compounding,milling into colloid,chaking to same density,sterilizing,colling,etc.and thus yoghurt beverage nutrient and no strange smell was produced.
