摘要
世界各国尤其是发达国家 ,为了在新世纪培养高素质的人才 ,以便在激烈的国际竞争中处于主动地位 ,纷纷把目光集中在高等教育的改革上。因此 ,探讨世界高等教育的改革与发展 ,对推动我国高等教育改革 ,培养适应形势发展需要的高素质人才 。
In order to play a key role in drastic competition,many countries,especially developed countries,have their sight focused on higher education innovation to cultivate high quality person with ability.To impulse higher education innovation at home and cultivate high quality person with ability according to developing position,discussion on higher education innovation and evolution all over the world has been given a referential significance.
