摘要
实验先按照正交表L18(37)的设计对瘤胃微生物降解滤纸的营养和环境条件进行研究 ,发现在C/N为 14 .2 /1、葡萄糖浓度低、乙酸浓度为 80 0mg/L、无丙酸存在 ,温度为 4 5℃、pH值为 6 .5的环境条件下 ,纤维素的降解较为彻底。在以上优化条件的基础上 ,进行了纤维素降解及产酸情况的研究 ,发现纤维素降解的直接产物葡萄糖不会产生积累而很快就转化为挥发酸 ,而挥发酸会产生积累。挥发酸主要是乙酸、丙酸和丁酸三种 ,其中乙酸产量占到 86 % - 93%。在纤维素降解产酸过程中 。
With the tool of orthogonal table L 18 (3 7) it was found that the degradation of cellulose by rumen microorganisms in vitro was the most thorough under the conditions as follows:C/N=14.2∶1,low concentration of glucose,800 mg/L acetate,no propionate,45℃ and pH 6.5.Under the relatively optimum conditions the products of cellulose degradation and trends were studied:no accumulation of glucose which was the direct product of the degradation during the process;the further products of the process were volatile fatty acids,i.e,acetic,propionic acid,and butyric acid when glucose was rich in the slurry.The acetate reached a maximum concentration of 4,133 mg/L,86%-93% of the whole production of volatile fatty acids.During the process of acidification,the production of gas was not intensive.
