摘要
城市有机垃圾中木质纤维素难以被降解的根本原因 ,在于其木质素的物理屏障作用及纤维素本身的结晶结构 ,瘤胃微生物能够高效降解木质纤维素 ,是因为瘤胃菌群中存在各种可以分别降解木素和结晶纤维素微生物 ,它们分泌的各种酶类是降解的关键所在。
The basic reason of the difficulty of biodegradation of ligocellulose lies in the crystallity of cellulose and the physical barrier of lignin around the cellulose in city organic garbage. Rumen microbes can degradate the lignocellulose because there are lignin degrading and crystal cellulose degrading microbes in the rumen. The enzyme excreted by the microbes is the key factor promote the degradation.\;
