创建学校特色具有普遍的现实意义。学校特色体现为以学校为本位的个性化的办学理念 ,是追求独树一帜的优质化教育的基础。创建特色必须推进校本发展策略 ,以学校为发展中心 ,以学校为基础 ,以学校为主体。
It has a universal significance to create the characteristics of a school, which embody the ideas of individualized way of running school with the school as the basis and are the foundation for the school to pursue quality education of its own. To create the characteristics of the school necessitates the strategy of school-based development, centering around the development of the school, with the school as the basis as well as the subject.
