摘要
在传统基建财务管理的基础上,提出了加强现代基建财务管理的新思路。论述了现代基建财务管理是一种主动的、积极参与的管理。指出现代基建财务管理要与时俱进,不断探索新的管理方法。
Based upon the traditional financial management theories in capital construction, a new approach on strengthening modern finance management in capital construction is proposed. The author of this paper has demonstrated that modern finance management in capital construction is an initiative and active process. The author further suggests that finance management in capital construction should keep up with the times and researches into new management method should be conducted at all times. The purpose of this paper is to provide the theoretical guidance for modern finance management in capital construction in universities today.
