摘要
研究了活性碳固载杂多酸催化戊二酸和异辛醇合成戊二酸二异辛酯的反应 ,探讨了原料配比 ,反应时间 ,催化剂用量等参数对酯化率的影响 ,在适宜工艺条件下 ,酯化率可达96.8 %
Synthesis of diisooctyl glutarate by esterification of glutarie acid with isooctryl alcohol by heteropoly acid was proposed in this paper.Effects of catalyst preparation,raw material ratio,reaction time and amount of catalyst used on the ester yield reachs 96.8%.
