摘要
用自制的固载杂多酸催化剂ＰＷ１２／Ｃ复相催化合成增塑剂二甘醇二苯甲酸酯（ＤＥＤＢ），通过试验确定了合成ＤＥＤＢ的适宜工艺条件为：苯甲酸３０ｇ，二甘醇１０．４ｍｌ，催化剂用量为苯甲酸质量的０．７％，带水剂Ｎ２流量２００ｍｌ／ｍｉｎ，反应温度１８０℃，反应时间３ｈ，在此条件下酯化率可达９８．５％。重复试验表明该催化剂具有良好的稳定性。
