摘要
综述了手性药物常用的色谱分离方法 ,如气相色谱、高效液相色谱。
The recent advance in chromatographic separation of chiral drugs was reviewed, and some methods such as GC, HPLC, HPCE and SFC which were developed for separation and assay of chiral drugs were introduced.
