摘要
β-环糊精分子具有多个手性中心。玻碳电极是用碳粉做电导体,用硅油做粘合剂,将β-环糊精修饰石墨粉构成的手性碳糊电极。在β-环糊精和碳粉的混合比为0.25%,粘合剂为硅油,放置时间为70 s,pH值为7.8,最低浓度等最佳条件下,采用循环伏安和微分脉冲的电化学实验方法,实现了对具有手性的D、L-酪氨酸进行区分。这种方法简单,快速,灵敏,为手性分子的识别提供了新的思路。
β-CD molecule is a chiral molecule with several chiral centers.A carbon paste electrode was composed of graphite powder as electrode conductor,and silicone oil as the binder.β-CD was modified on the surface of carbon paste electrode and a chiral electrode was formed.Under optimized experimental conditions of the mixing ratio(0.25%) of graphite powder and β-CD,silicone oil as organic solvent,placing time(70 s),pH value(7.8),and lowest concentration,by cyclic voltammograms and differential pulse voltammetry,L-tyrosine was distinguished with D-tyrosine.The method is simple,fast and sensitive.It provides new ideas for identification of chiral molecules.
