摘要
目的:建立蒙药复方制剂中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺方法.方法:采用L9(34)正交试验法,考察了溶剂浓度、提取时间、提取次数对该蒙药复方制剂中总黄酮提取量的影响.结果:最佳提取工艺为70%乙醇溶剂、提取三次、每次提取60min.结论:该提取工艺稳定,重复性好,为开发和利用该蒙药制剂提供理论参考.
Objective： To establish the optimum extraction technology for total flavonoids from Mongolian compound preparations. Methods：The L9（34）orthogonal experiment was used to investigate the influence of solvent concentra-tion, extraction time and extraction times on the extracting amount of total flavonoids from Mongolian compound prepa-rations. Results：The optimum extraction process including the ethanol solvent concentration was 70%, the extracting time was 60 min and extracted three times. Conclusion：The extracting method is stable, possesses good repeatability, which provides a theoretical reference for development and utilization of the Mongolian compound preparations.
