摘要
以茶多酚为参照物,采用Fenton反应体系产生羟基自由基和邻苯三酚自氧化产生超氧阴离子自由基,探讨金花茶叶水提物对两者的清除作用。结果表明:金花茶叶水提物对羟基自由基和超氧阴离子自由基均有显著的清除作用,在相同浓度下,金花茶叶水提物的对羟基自由基清除率和对超氧阴离子自由基的清除率分别比茶多酚高15.70%和36.71%。此外,金花茶叶水提物可以抑制超氧阴离子自由基的生成,当添加浓度为1.25 mg/mL时,可以完全阻止超氧阴离子自由基的生成。
In this paper the antioxidative properties of the leave of Camellia chrysantha(Hu) Tuyama extracts to hydroxyl free radical and ultra oxygen anion free radical which produced by the Fenton reacting system and pyrogallic acid autoxidation respectively had been studied. The results indicated the Camellia chrysantha(Hu) Tuyama extracts has the remarkable antioxidative properties to the free radical,at the same concentration, its clearance rate on ·OH and O2·- was 15.70%, 36.71% higher than tea polyphenols respectively. When the concentration was up to 1.25 mg/mL, the extracts can restrain the formation of O2·- fully.
