摘要
根据卡那霉素发酵过程溶氧浓度的变化规律及优化控制的要求,建立了模糊控制规则,以ARMCE简化算法为基础,设计了三输入模糊PID控制器并构建了计算机控制系统,应用于工业发酵罐中供氧速率控制。该系统克服了常规PID在溶氧浓度控制上的不足之处,可初步实现对溶氧浓度的优化节能控制。
ABSTRACT: In line with the routine dissolved oxygen concentration profile during fermentation and by ARMCEalgorithm, a three-input Fuzzy-PID controller was designed and a computer control system was established to regulate theoxygen supply in industrial scale of kanamycin fermentation process. The controller overcame the shortcomings of com-mon controller and displayed a satisfactory optimal control of DO concentration for energy saving.
