摘要
目的 探讨治疗胃癌穿孔的有效方法。方法 将此种患者分为两组 ,第一组术后用DDP和 5 Fu腹腔治疗 ;第二组术后采用丝裂霉素和 5 Fu静脉化疗。结果 第一组患者的 3年和 5年生存率分别为 5 6 2 5 % (2 7/ 4 8)和37 5 0 % (18/ 4 8) ,第二组的 3年、5年生存率分别为 31 2 5 % (15 / 4 8)和 2 0 83% (10 / 4 8) ,两组间差别具有显著性 ;腹腔化疗组的药物不良反应小于经静脉化疗组。结论 胃癌穿孔术后早期腹腔化疗可显著提高患者的 3年、5年生存率 ,且毒副作用较小 ,但其远期效果尚不理想。
Objective To investigate the effective treatment in patients with the perforation caused by gastric cancer.Mothods patients were divided into two groups according to different chemotherapy trails;in the first group intraperitoneal DDP and 5 Fu were employed;in another group,intravenous mitomycin c and 5 Fu were employed.Results 3 year and 5 year survival rates of the first group were 56.25%(27/48) and 37.50%(18/48)respectively;3 year and 5 year survival rates of the second group were 31.25%(15/48) and 20.83%(10/48)respectively,and significant difference was found,and the side effects caused by the chemotherapeutic agents used in the second group was heavier than that in the first group..Conclusion Early intraperitoneal chemotherapy after curative gastric reaction in patients with perforation caused by gastric cancer singificantly promoted the 3 year and 5 year survival rates,and had little side effects.But it's further effects was unsatisfied.
