摘要
对36例中晚期结直肠癌病人在术后早期行大剂量大容积5-FU腹腔化疗(IPC)。全组共接受109疗程545次IPC,完成1疗程36例,2疗程26例,3疗程18例,4疗程14例,5疗程8例,6疗程7例。化疗期间无明显血毒性反应,对肝肾功能无影响,未发生严重并发症,近期疗效满意。结果表明:IPC简便易行、安全,无严重毒副作用和并发症,是结直肠癌患者术后一种颇有前途的辅助化疗措施。
36 patients with advanced colorectal cancers recieved 545 times in 109 courses of intraperitoneal chemotherapy of high doses in large volume of 5-FU. 36 cases finished 1 course, 26 cses 2 courses, 18 cases 3 courses, 14 cases 4 couses, 8 cases 5 courses, 7 cases 6 courses. Hematologic, hepatic and renal toxicities as well as serious complications, such as intestinal perforation, bleeding, anastomotic leakage, infection and serious peritoneal adhesions in peritoneal cavity, were not observed, antitumor efficacy was better. Results showed that intraperitoneal chemotherapy was a safe simple adjuvant treatment without serious complications for postoperative patients with colorectal cancers.
