摘要
采用日立-835-氨基酸自动分析仪对野生与人工栽培泰山赤灵芝进行了氨基酸对比分析。结果证实,野生与人工栽培泰山赤灵芝都含有17种氨基酸,蛋氨酸含量均较高。人工栽培泰山赤灵芝氨基酸含量均高于野生,比其他产地灵芝氨基酸含量一般高10~100倍。
Amino acids of wild and cultivated Taishan Ganoderma Lucidum ( Leyss ·exfr·) karst were analysed by Hitach-835-amino acid automatic analysis instrument. The result showed that they both had 17 kinds of amino acids, The MET content is heighter in either of them. Amino acids content in the cultivated was highter than in the wild, being 10~100 times higher than that of the ganoderma from other places.
