摘要
分析复杂、多变的汽轮发电机组回热系统,需要具有良好性能的通用计算模型。该文通过深入分析回热系统的结构及其能量、质量平衡关系,提出了一种新的回热系统计算模型。文中首先重新定义了加热器热平衡单元和抽汽、给水、疏水的吸放热量计算式,建立了新的通用回热系统热平衡方程,方程完全满足能量、质量平衡关系,没实现了一种从 回热系统中的基本显式关系,建立热平衡方有任何附加的需迭代参数。文中还进一步借助于关联矩阵,程的结构模型,方程的建立变得很容易。最后,以125 MW机组回热系统为对象,计算验证了方法的准确性及其良好特性。理论分析和实际计算都表明,该文提出的方法模型通用性好,在模型精度、计算速度、易于实现方面更具有明显的优点。
In order to analysis complicate, varied steam turbogenerator unit regenerative system, we need general mo-del with fine performance. A novel approach, based on exten-sive exploration of structure and mass and energy balances of regen-erative system, was presented in the paper. Firstly, the heat-balance control unit of feedwater heater and mass and energy equations of extraction steam, feedwater and drain water were redefined, then, a new general regenerative system heat-balance equation was established. The equation meets the condition of mass and energy balances completely and has not any additional iterative parameters. In the following, with the tool of relation matrix, a structure model of regenerative system was proposed. With the structure model, the heat-balance equation can be built from basic directive relations of regenera-tive system and building process is very simple. Finally, a real 125 MW unit has been used for verifying and evaluating the proposed approach. Theory analysis and practice application show the fine generality of the approach. More remarkably, the approach has superiority over conven-tional methods in aspects of model precision, calculation speed and easy implementing.
