摘要 异步电机矢量控制效果严重依赖于电机参数的准确性,而电机的电阻参数是随温度而变化的。因此,在对电机进行矢量控制时,需要在线辨识电机的电阻等参数,以便对控制模型的参数进行在线修改。根据电机绕组电阻与温度的变化规律,在线检测绕组的温度,然后计算出绕组的动态电阻值。通过样机试验,结果表明该辨识方法正确并且辨识精度高。该辨识方法模型简单、计算量小,易于实现,具有广泛的应用前景。 The effect of vector control for induction motor(IM) largely depends on whether the motor parameters are accurate.However,the motor resistance parameters are varying as the temperature is changing.In the vector control system,the motor resistance parameters need to be online identified and the control model parameters should be online modified.Based on the relationship between the motor winding resistance and the temperature,this paper presents a method to calculate the dynamic winding resistance by online detecting the winding temperature.The experiment results show that not only is this method correct,it also has great identification accuracy.This identification method has a wide application prospect,for it is simple,less calculation and easy realization.
