摘要
提出了加热单元凝结水流量平衡方程,能够处理具有多股辅助流量的流量计算问题。加热单元的凝结水总流量等于加热单元各股输出流量单独存在时凝结水流量代数和。根据加热单元凝结水流量平衡方程,导出了用凝结水流量核算给水流量的通用方法,可灵活考虑加热单元的各种辅助汽水过程对给水流量的影响,该方法简捷、实用,无需迭代。通过例子进行了验证。根据单元凝结水流量叠加原理,导出了循环函数法中锅炉进水系数计算通式,简化了循环函数法。在循环函数法中,辅助循环中的最低压力加热单元可分解为一个正向单元和一个逆向单元,揭示了循环函数法的本质。
Balance equation of condensed water flow in heater unit was proposed to handle flow calculation questions of heater unit with multiple auxiliary flows. Total condensed water flow is equal to sum of all condensed water flows that exist alone in heater unit respectively. From the equation, a universal method of correcting feed water flow based on condensed water flows was provided to consider influence of all kinds of auxiliary flows. The method is brief, practical and no iterative. An example was used to verify the method. According to overlapping principle of condensed water flows, a general formula of boiler intake water coefficient is conducted to simplify the cycle function method (CFM). In an auxiliary cycle of CFM, the lowest pressure heater unit can be divided into a positive unit and an inverse unit, which reveals the essence of CFM.
