摘要
本文针对立式水轮发电机组 ,提出了一种全新的转子动平衡方法 ,即综合平衡法 ,并设计开发了基于综合平衡法的立式水轮发电机组现场动平衡试验软件。综合平衡法全面考虑了包括机械不平衡在内的各种有关因素 ,如水力和电磁不平衡力 ,各种不平衡力的分布及其随工况的变化 ,各种安装、调整因素 (轴线的、轴承的、轴承间隙 )
A brand new method named Comprehensive Balancing of rotor balancing for vertical hydraulic power sets is approached in this paper.And software of the rotor balancing system is developed going with the Comprehensive Balancing method.The system considers all kinds of factor which will arouse non balance when operation,such as the force of hydraulic and electromagnetism.These kinds of strength varies according to operating condition,installation and adjustment factor (axes bearing and the clearance of bearing)etc.
