摘要
利用静力学的方法,对三角形入土铲入土时与土壤之间的相互作用进行了力学分析;研究了入土铲正切和滑切时切割阻力的变化情况以及入土铲切土和碎土时所受阻力的数学模型,并根据这些模型给出了其水平方向的牵引力学方程,探讨了三角形入土铲水平牵引阻力与各因素间的相互关系,为相关入土部件的设计和改进提供了参考依据。
This paper analysised the interaction between the shovel and soil by the method of statics as the shovel operation.It researched the difference of resistance between tangent and sliding-cutting,and It created mathematical model of resistance as cutting and breaking soil.This paper made a horizontal traction equation based on the models and analysised the relationship between the horizontal traction and factors.All these provided a reference for the design and improvement of buried components.
