摘要
文章讨论了通过对大型水轮发电机组数学模型计算,并结合实验数据进行修正,确定机组的力学状况,从而为水轮机组的状态检修提供依据。主要是通过模型计算来确定机组动平衡时配重的大小和方向并编制了计算程序。模型考虑回转效应,剪切效应,电磁拉力,油膜力,水的附加质量等多种因素,模型计算综合采用了Ricatti传递矩阵法和Newmark-β积分法,添加配重块主要是根据综合平衡法的相关原理。
This paper discusses determining mechanical state of large hydroelectric sets by mathematical model computing and corrected experimental findings, thus providing more evidences for the state service. The scale and direction of additional weighs are determined by model computing with developed software. The model involves gyroscopic effect, shearing effect, electromagnetic force, oil film force and additional mass of water. The Ricatti Transfer-Matrix Method and the Newmark-β are used for model computing and additional weights are appended by using principle of the Comprehensive Balancing.
