摘要
采用免疫组化 SABC方法检测 Ki- 6 7在非霍奇金淋巴瘤 (NHL)石蜡包埋组织块中的表达水平。结果为 Ki- 6 7的表达与 NHL 组织学分类有关 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,与血清乳酸脱氢酶 (L DH)的水平相关 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,而与首发部位、年龄、临床分期、性别和有无全身症状无关 (P>0 .0 5 )。认为 Ki- 6 7对非霍奇金淋巴瘤临床分型。
Ki 67 expressions were studied in 46 cases of paraffin embeded sections of non Hodgkin′s lymphoma(NHL)by an immurohistochemical assay(SABC) The Results show that Ki 67 expressions have significant relationship with the grades of hisology and the levels of lacti dehydrogenation enzym(P<0 05),non significant relationship with first suffering places,ages,clinical stages,genders and symptoms(P>0 05) We think Ki 67 expression has a great value in the dagnosis of NHL,grades of histology and clinical classifications
