摘要 目的 探讨Survivin ,Ki6 7,增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)及FⅧRAg在淋巴结反应性增生 (RH)及非霍奇金淋巴瘤 (NHL)中的表达规律及意义。方法 采用免疫组织化学SP法。结果 ①Survivin的表达在不同恶性度的NHL之间有显著差异性 (P <0 0 1) :惰性NHL中较低 ,侵袭性NHL中较高 ,在RH与惰性NHL之间差异无显著性意义 (P >0 0 5 ) ;②Survivin的表达与Ki6 7、PCNA及FⅧRAg呈明显正相关 (r值分别为 0 6 4 95 ,0 6 15 0 ,0 6 6 35 ,均为P <0 0 1) ,与患者的年龄、性别、临床分期、全身症状及肿瘤的首发部位和细胞来源均无关系 (均为P >0 0 5 )。结论 Survivin在NHL的发生和发展中可能通过调控细胞增殖和参与血管形成起着重要的作用 ,并且与NHL的恶性程度密切相关 。 Objective To investigate the expression of surviving, Ki67, proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) and FⅧRAg in reactive lymphoid hyperplasia (RH) and non Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) and its significance. Methods Immunohistochemical assay was performed with a SP kit. Results The expression level of survivin was much more higher in aggressive NHL than in indolent NHL ( P <0 01). There was no statistically significant difference between RH and indolent NHL ( P >0 05); The expression of survivin was significantly related to the expression of Ki67, PCNA and FⅧRAg ( r =0 649 5, 0 615 0, 0 663 5 respectively, all P <0 01), but had no association with ages, genders, clinical stages, systemic symptoms, the first suffering sites and cellular origins ( P >0 05). Conclusion Survivin may contribute to the progression of NHL by playing an important role in regulating cell proliferation and enlisting angiogenesis. Survivin expression may be considered an important prognostic factor of NHL.
