摘要
目的:探讨应用原代培养技术建立哈萨克族食管癌细胞系。方法:取手术切除的哈萨克族食管癌癌组织标本 6例 ,进行原代培养 ,并纯化。 结果:建立了食管癌细胞体外培养方法及其相关技术与条件 ,培养出 1例哈萨克族食管癌原代细胞。 结论:新鲜癌组织、适宜的胎牛血清浓度及上皮细胞纯化是建立食管癌细胞系的关键性条件。
Objective: To found cell lines of esophageal carcinoma of the Kazak patients by primary culture. Methods: To culture and purify esophageal carcinoma cells from surgical resected samples of the Kazak patients of 16 cases. Results: The primary cells of esophageal carcinoma and cultured conditions were found in vitro and got one case of primary cells of esophageal carcinoma. Conclusion: Fresh tumor tissues, concentration of calf serum in culture liquid and their pureness are the critical conditions of founding cells of esophageal carcinoma in vitro.
