摘要
针对沿用 16 a之久的 GB5 5 99— 1985《铁道车辆动力学性能评定和试验鉴定规范》中所存在的突出问题 ,根据国内外有关车辆动力学性能评定标准的最新发展和运用实践经验 ,并结合现代动力学理论研究成果 ,提出了相应的修订方案建议 ,以适应当前我国铁路货物运输发展应用需要。本文给出了防脱轨安全性指标 (脱轨系数、轮重减载率 )的评定标准之建议方案。
In view of problems existed in GB5599-1985 Railway Vehicles Specifications for Evaluation of the Dynamic Performance and Accreditation Test, which has been applied for 16 years, on the basis of the latest development of dynamics performance evaluation standard and operation practice experiences in China and abroad, in combination with the modern theoretical research achievements on dynamics, suggestions on the corresponding revision scheme are given, so as to meet the need of development and application of railway freight transport at present in our country. In this paper, the suggested scheme of evaluation standard for safety indexes (derailment coefficient, wheel unloading rate) for prevention of derailment, the detailed application rules and regulations as well as the theoretical basis for revision are given.
