摘要
为了解胃癌细胞中细胞周期蛋白 (Cyclin) D1、E的表达情况 ,采用多参数流式细胞技术对手术切除 2 2例胃癌标本和 9例正常胃粘膜标本的 Cyclin D1、 Cyclin E的表达含量进行检测分析。结果显示 ,肿瘤组织有不同程度的Cyclin D1、Cyclin E的异常表达 (分别为 40 .90 %和 5 9.0 9% ) ,且 Cyclin E的表达在胃癌淋巴结转移阳性组显著高于淋巴结转移阴性组。提示胃癌细胞的 Cyclin D1、 Cyclin E的异常表达是胃癌发生、发展过程中的一个重要的分子事件 ;Cyclin
To study the expression of Cyclin D1, Cyclin E in the gastric carcinoma cells, the expression of Cyclin D1 and Cyclin E was detected in 22 cases of gastric carcinoma and 9 cases of benign gastric mucosa by multiparameter flow cytometry. The results showed that abnormal expression of Cyclin D1 and Cyclin E was found to different extents among these carcinoma cells (40.9 % and 59.09 % respectively) and the expression of Cyclin E was positively related to lymph node metastases. It was suggested that the abnormal expression of Cyclin D1 and Cyclin E in the gastric carcinoma cells was an important molecular event to the pathogenesis of gastric carcinoma. The detection of Cyclin E might be used as one of the indicators to predict lymph node metastases of gastric cancer.
