成串抗冻肽基因的诱导表达载体的构建 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :构建可将目的基因转化入烟草的重组载体。方法 :在大豆热休克启动区下游把带有甘薯信号肽的冬鲽抗冻肽成串基因与GUS报道基因融合并亚克隆到双源载体pBIN19中。结果 :构建了带有GUS报道基因的诱导型重组载体。结论 :经验证该重组载体构建成功。 Objective: To construct the recombined vector that can transfer objective gene into tobacco.Methods:To fuse coding region of plant signal peptide-the modified flounder antifreeze peptide(AFP) with the coding region of β-glucuronidase(GUS) at the downstream of the soybean heat shock promoter and subcolone intopBIN19.Results:The recombined vector had been constructed with the report gene GUS.Conclusion:The binary vector constructed was constructed successfully.
